Plan and execute morning dispatch wave plans for delivery associates. Own the FC and Logistics delivery experience KPIs: Success rate (delivery and pickup), Optimize truck utilizations, improve SPR (Shipments per route), Cost per order Coordination with outsource head count provider and manage the hiring, on-boarding, and training associates.
