Logistics SupervisorJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :•Managing and Monitoring: Oversee UAE international shipping operations and local distribution, coordinating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics service providers, and transportation companies.•Fleet Efficiency: Monitor and enhance the fleet to improve operational efficiency.•Team Supervision: Supervise, guide, and train both local and international logistics teams, leveraging knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates to identify optimal shipping methods.•Shipment Data Management: Oversee shipment data, including weight, charges, space availability, and any damages or discrepancies, for accurate reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping.•Carrier Coordination: Manage contacts with carrier representatives to arrange and issue instructions for the shipping and delivery of equipment.•Carrier and Contract Negotiation: Select international carriers, freight forwarders, and local transportation companies, negotiating rates and contracts.•Activity Reporting: Report on local and international shipping activities and obtain CAPA approval when required.•Quality System Implementation: Ensure the implementation of Quality Systems (SOP DIP002-01, DIP 008-01).•Maintenance Scheduling: Ensure scheduling of general maintenance for the warehouse
