Supporting the Operations & working alongside Project & Account Managers to coordinate and plan shipping of inventory.Co-ordination between the relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of the projectRecord the time sheets of site crew for computation of overtime. Submit the monthly overtime report to finance for processing the payrolls.Liaising with site managers regarding requirements and shipping schedulesLiaising with person in charge of warehouse or yard and agree loading dates and timesLiaising with agents for quotations, bookings, shipment and offloading dates, times and destinationsLiaising with destination staff and send them the complete set of shipping documentsObtain a load list for each container and compile shipping documents to send off to the agent after each loading completesWhile shipment is enroute, obtain the bill of loading draft, check or amend and then request a final bill of ladingEnsuring the shipping planning spreadsheet is updatedTo communicate with members of the delivery team to ensure costs are kept within budget.Assist issuing LPOs to suppliers and responsibility for following internal accounting and administrative processes.Assist Production Co-ordinator & Account Managers with reconciling supplier costs on projects.
