Logistics ManagerJob Location : UAERoles and Responsibilities:•Manage the overall logistics operations.•Prepare the schedule of supply chain & raw materials delivery as per project requirements.•Coordinate with clients for materials collection & dealing with different client’s warehouses.•Coordinate with clients for materials RN (Return Note) New & Dismantled.•Manage client inventory & provide the details to clients/project team.•Coordinate with all suppliers for goods receiving & schedule pickups and drivers.•Proper checking of all goods as per LPO & invoice.•Check the purchased materials quality & brand.•Support procurement & provide goods specifications, quality & actual description as per project requirements before preparing the LPO.•Check goods rates & availability as per quotation.•Coordinate with suppliers for assets & tools repairing.•Coordinate with all project management for daily materials movement.•Plan & assign logistics trucks on a daily basis & coordinate with drivers.•Manage multiple warehouses in different regions.•Maintain proper check and balance of stock inventory on a weekly and daily basis.•Conduct monthly physical stock checks.•Check the inventories file of all warehouses using SAP.•Manage the companys assets inventory.•Ensure staff clearance from stores.•Provide inventory reports to finance & project department.•Be responsible for all assets & tools.Skills and Qualifications:•Experience working with SAP.•Masters degree/certification in Supply Chain Management.•Demonstrated vendor management experience in warehousing and transportation across inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics.•Strong oral and written communication skills.
