Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire logistics and supply chain operations.Plan, implement, and optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare reports to improve efficiency.Manage logistics staff and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Negotiate transportation and freight costs to minimize expenses.Implement inventory control procedures and track stock levels.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of UAE customs, import/export regulations, and transportation laws.Proficient in logistics software and MS Office.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
