Logistics ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Oversee the dispatch of cement and clinker via road and sea.•Manage all shipping activities, including bulk and container shipments.•Lead various business divisions: shipping, land transport, air freight, contract logistics, and warehousing.•Collaborate closely with shipping lines, freight forwarding, and NVOCC professionals.•Liaise effectively with shipping lines, suppliers, and port authorities to share knowledge on vessel schedules.•Evaluate ships by comparing freight and hire rates, reviewing charter parties.•Communicate with owners, charterers, and co-brokers to advise on successful fixtures.•Develop distribution plans for smooth logistics operations.•Coordinate with production, materials, and trading departments to develop logistics plans for shipments.•Control weighbridge operations and plan road transport for materials from the factory to the port and other distribution centers and terminals.Requirements :•Degree or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.•Strong hands-on experience in exports.•Excellent communication skills.
