  • Organizing international shipments
  • Preparation and processing of documentation for customs clearance, working with customs brokers
  • Searching for new service providers on favorable terms for the company based on existing requests
  • Preparation of reports
  • Expense planning
  • Working with 1C software
  • Negotiating and concluding contracts with new counterparts
  • Knowledge of UAE legislation in the field of international shipments
Requirements
  • Experience working with transportation companies and knowledge of the freight market
  • Knowledge of legislation in the field of transportation and freight (international logistics)
  • Experience working with 1C software
  • Ability to quickly respond to changes in requests
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and East Slavic languages
