Logistics ExecutiveJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Establish contact with the supplier/agent for cargo pickup after aligning with the brand team.•Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange collection for import and re-export, and follow up until goods are delivered to the warehouse or stores.•Invite freight quotes from various service providers and prepare comparisons for ad hoc shipments.•Facilitate the movement of stocks (inbound and outbound) using the most cost-efficient means of transport, ensuring the earliest possible lead time.•Generate shipping documents for outbound shipments to GCC and local exports to UAE.•Validate all customs BOE and freight invoices and hand them over to finance for payment processing in a timely manner to avoid shipment delays.•Process BOE and make customs duty payments for all inbound and outbound shipments.
