Job Description

Ski Gulf is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator & Admin to join their Dubai team. This role focuses on coordinating and managing logistics operations while ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple logistics tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and oversee all logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.• Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding shipment updates and requirements.• Track shipments, manage inventory, and monitor stock levels accurately.• Prepare and maintain timely reports to ensure transparency and operational effectiveness.• Support administrative tasks related to logistics and operations as needed.Requirements:• Passionate about logistics and operational processes.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Qualification: Estimated Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree holder or relevant diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
