Salary: Up to AED 6,000Location: Dubai, UAEExperience Required:-2 to 3 years of experience as an FC and Logistics Operations Manager-Experience in managing operations teams (more than 10 associates and a large pool of drivers)Key Responsibilities:-Prioritize safety in handling shipments both in-house and on the road.-Plan and execute morning dispatch wave plans for delivery associates.-Own the Logistics delivery experience KPIs: Success rate (delivery & pickup), Optimize truck utilization, improve SPR (Shipments per route), Cost per order.-Coordinate with outsourced headcount providers for hiring, onboarding, and training associates.-Continuously optimize operations processes to enhance productivity.-Work with TMS (Transportation Management System) to optimize route planning.-Identify opportunities for cost optimization and speed improvements in FC and logistics flow.Requirements:– Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Operations, FC, Logistics, or Supply Chain.-2 to 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in FC & Logistics.-Experience in managing operations teams (>10 associates and drivers).-Strong skills in Excel spreadsheets, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and creating process flows.-Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems.
