Logistics CoordinatorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Manage the coordination of a fleet of 30 vehicles, including 2-ton, 10-ton, and 1-ton trucks.•Plan, manage, and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation.•Oversee the transportation and delivery schedules to meet the needs of supermarkets, restaurants, malls, and hypermarkets.•Ensure compliance with all delivery timelines, considering specific time requirements for various FMCG deliveries•Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock management and proper documentation for deliveries.•Supervise and manage delivery drivers and logistics staff, ensuring proper vehicle maintenance and safe operations.•Monitor vehicle performance and report any issues or maintenance needs.•Ensure the safety and compliance of all logistics operations with health and safety regulations.•Analyze logistics performance metrics and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
