Job Description

Legnano Teknoelectric Company Middle East, worldwide leader in the production of high-performance cores and laminations for transformers & reactors, is looking for its Dubai seat a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of the company.Responsibilities:

  • to coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • to communicate with freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, banks
  • to plan and track the shipments
  • to keep logs and records of shipments
  • to interact with warehouse, planning dept, sales dept, admin dept
  • to enter PO related to booked shipments
  • to prepare shipments documents (for Customs / clients / banks)
Languages:
  • Excellent written and verbal Italian
  • Excellent written and verbal English
Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Incoterms and Letter of Credit
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving
  • Computer-savvy
