Job Description

Our client is a global leading Electronics company. They are now looking for aLogistics Coordinatorto join them.Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordination with Vendor and Forwarder for shipment handling
  • Negotiate with Freight forwarder to optimize cost and overall lead time of delivery
  • Preparation of Shipping related documents
  • Preparation of Shipping related shipping documents
  • Coordination with 3rd party warehouse to maintain the control on overall inventory
  • Inventory count and reconciliation
  • Insurance related claims
  • Internal coordination with warehouse, Project team
  • Verification of Physical goods with vendor invoice or packing list
  • Verification of physical goods with sales invoice, packing list
  • Responsible for all project related shipments handling, documentation, coordination
Preference
  • Immediate Joiners
  • Knowledge of Shipping route for CIS countries (Mandatory)
  • Age Limit - 35 years
Qualifications:
  • Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics management required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
