Job Description

Logistics Admin ControllerThe Role:Ensure the administrative functions supporting the van operations carried out effectively, minimizing risk to the company.The Profile:

  • Daily stock variance between ERP and Fusion.
  • Stock mismatch and cycle count adjustments.
  • Monthly Report ? Volume Summary, SLA tracker, etc.
  • Ensure periodic cycle counts carried out by Finance enforcing good discipline in stock management and accurate data.
  • Ensure closing pending transactions (Inbound and Outbound) on daily basis.
  • Daily Stock Variance between Hyke and Fusion.
The Essentials:
  • Qualification ? Bachelor Degree
  • Experience ? warehouse operations and system
  • Skills ? Microsoft Excel, Data analytics, Strong Mental Aptitude and Good Communication.
