Logistic/Plant AdminRequirements:•Must have more than 5 years’ experience in the same field (Construction).•Extensive background in Plant Machineries and Vehicles and Site Coordination.•To provide effective coordination and engineering support including planning, scheduling, and organizing activities of all turnaround and shutdowns for planned periodic inspection/maintenance for all equipment, personnel and project modifications.•Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for the maintenance of all Plant machineries (Generators, Compressors, and like) including repair and servicing located in the yard and/or site areas.•Ability to handle multiple functions and activities in a high-pressure environment. Goal-oriented; highly motivated; implemented decisions and set valuable priorities to achieve both urgent and durable goals.•Administer all Yard work operations and ensure compliance with safety policies.•Determines work procedures prepares work schedules and expedites workflow and allocate resources accordingly within permissible time.•Archiving and making sure all relative documents are properly maintained for easy access which includes both Soft and Hard copies.•Excellent analytical, problem-solving/decision-making skills; ability to make timely, effective, fact-based decisions.•Fast learner requires minimum supervision.•Skillful in processing data and information; Responsible and Hardworking. Willing to work long hours to improve company performance.•Knowledgeable of Microsoft Dynamics and SAP ERP System.Job Location: UAE
