What you will be doing:
  • Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting, and provide engaging service
  • To personally welcome guests and escort them to the elevator, outlets or other public areas as requested
  • To present the outlets and describe the hotel services to the guest and to promote the internal activities and events
  • Identifies opportunities and initiates interaction with guests.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Your experience and skills include:
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
