The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing lifting operations in full compliance with ADNOC standards and HSE requirements, ensuring safe and efficient lifting activities across routine and critical lifts.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and execute ADNOC-compliant lifting plans for routine and critical liftsSelect, verify, and ensure suitability of lifting equipment; confirm valid certifications and inspectionsLead lifting operations, conduct pre-lift briefings, and manage lifting teams (including offshore activities where applicable)Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC PTW system, JSA, and approved lifting proceduresManage SIMOPS and coordinate lifting activities with construction and safety teamsMonitor lifting execution, ensure safe practices, and report/close any non-conformancesMaintain proper documentation and records related to lifting plans, permits, and inspectionsRequirements:Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (3 years)Minimum 7 years of experience in lifting operationsAppointed Person (4-day course) certified by an ADNOC-approved provider (mandatory)Strong knowledge of LOLER, API, and ADNOC lifting standardsADNOC approval as Appointed Person is an added advantageStrong leadership, coordination, and safety-first mindsetBenefits:Competitive salary package (based on experience and approvals)Opportunity to work on ADNOC-standard Oil & Gas projectsProfessional growth in a safety-driven environment
