Job Summary:The Lift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of lifts and escalators. This role requires ensuring all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and regulations, managing a team of technicians, and coordinating with clients and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Supervision and Management: - Oversee daily operations of lift maintenance and installation projects. - Supervise a team of lift technicians and senior lift technicians. - Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.Installation and Maintenance: - Inspect and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new lift systems. - Plan and conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs to ensure lifts are operating efficiently and safely. - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with lifts and escalators.Compliance and Safety: - Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. - Conduct safety audits and risk assessments. - Implement safety protocols and provide training to the team on safe work practices.Client and Stakeholder Coordination: - Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress. - Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. - Prepare and present reports on project status and maintenance activities to management.Technical Expertise: - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to lift systems. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
