Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations of lifeguard staff across all pool and beach areasEnsure all lifeguards are enforcing safety rules and providing top-level vigilanceConduct regular training, drills, and performance evaluationsMonitor pool water quality, safety equipment, and cleanliness of aquatic areasRespond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when requiredPrepare schedules, reports, and incident documentationMaintain compliance with local safety and health regulationsRequirements:Valid lifeguard and first aid/CPR certificationMinimum 2?3 years of lifeguarding experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory roleStrong leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of pool operations and safety standardsPhysically fit and able to handle emergency situations
