Provide effective, reliable and user-friendly support, advice and assistance to senior managers within DP World on legal matters affecting any aspect of DP World?s business.Will act under the instructions and directions of Senior Legal Counsels.Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of legal documents (including consultancy agreements, services agreements, Lease agreements) ensuring that legal requirements are met within such documents. Will act under the instructions and directions of Senior Legal Counsels.Provide reliable, commercially focused, advice in an efficient and effective manner.Identify and analyze legal issues arising in transactions and new projects. Make clear and commercially focused recommendations in respect of such issues after review by Senior Legal Counsels.Analyze material disputes, and determine and implement strategy to be followed in each case.Provide effective reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel.Liaise with external counsel as required and streamline communications between other departments/ business units and external lawyers to ensure cost efficiency.Filing and maintaining legal records of all the legal documentation for future reference.Perform other related duties as assigned.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
