Legal Counsel - EmploymentTitle: Legal CounselLocation: DubaiPractice Area(s): Employment, Commercial, Compliance, Ad Hoc SupportBusiness: HealthcareOur client, a leading healthcare business, require a Legal Counsel with a specialism in Employment Law to join its lean legal team.This position will include managing everything related to contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including investigations into whistleblowing, grievances, contract reviews and employment compliance, as well as supporting the legal team on other matters on an ad hoc basis.It requires someone:

  • with 3-8 year?s experience;
  • that is Western qualified;
  • who ideally has experience working in the UAE; and
  • who ideally worked in a regional or international law firm, or a reputable in-house business.
