Job descriptionCharterhouse is working with an Aviation/Tourism company heavily focused within Logistics, who are looking to hire a Legal Affairs Specialist (Contracts) for their office in Dubai.About the roleThe role will be based around the drafting and reviewing of commercial and finance related agreements. You will be responsible for providing advice to enable decision making on complex business matters, recommending legal positions on specific legal issues, developing a range of legal policies and internal positions for critical positions and further operations. Furthermore, responsibilities span to evaluating guidance on legal liability and restrictions, to ensure compliance.About youTo be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor?s Degree, with a license to practise law, preferably in a common-law jurisdiction, and have at least 5 years PQE. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Aviation/Logistic experience is desired.
