Key Responsibilities:Provide legal opinions and advice to the Board of Directors.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with UAE laws.Draft and interpret Hospital By-Laws, HR policies, and legal documents.Advise on personnel matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions.Review and address patients? complaints and malpractice cases.Represent CSH in legal proceedings before courts and government bodies.Conduct legal research and recommend actions to enhance hospital policies.Ensure policies and procedures align with UAE healthcare regulations.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor?s Degree in Law (LLB) and licensed to practice in UAE.Member of the International Bar Association.Minimum 3 years of legal advisory experience in the healthcare sector.In-depth knowledge of UAE/GCC regulatory frameworks.Strong presentation and reporting skills.Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to work in a customer service-oriented environment.
