Job Description

Position SummaryﾃあUAE nationals are encouraged to apply.ﾃあ

  • To plan the processing of HCTﾃs purchasing process, purchase orders (POs) and transactions.
  • To develop and implement procurement framework and plans in close coordination with the Director ﾃ Procurement & Contracts and concerned stakeholders to enhance the quality and cost effectiveness of procured products/services for HCT and in conformity with relevant Cabinet resolution, HCTﾃs policies, procedures and processes
ﾃあRequirementsﾃあ Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Bachelorﾃs degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce.
  • Full English and Arabic proficiency is required.
  • ﾃあComputer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, ERP (Procurement Management System
Experience:ﾃ Minimum of eight years of work experience in Procurement and Contracts with at least two years of experience in a managerial role.
