To plan the processing of HCTs purchasing process, purchase orders (POs) and transactions.
To develop and implement procurement framework and plans in close coordination with the Director Procurement & Contracts and concerned stakeholders to enhance the quality and cost effectiveness of procured products/services for HCT and in conformity with relevant Cabinet resolution, HCTs policies, procedures and processes

Requirements?Qualifications:

Minimum of Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce.
Full English and Arabic proficiency is required.
?Computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, ERP (Procurement Management System

Experience: Minimum of eight years of work experience in Procurement and Contracts with at least two years of experience in a managerial role.
