Job Description

Position SummaryﾃあUAE Nationals are encouraged to applyﾃあLocation: DubaiﾃあﾃあTo guide all contracting activities related to works, services and material procured by HCT. He/she will oversee accurate contract document preparation and execution and ensure that contract obligations are properly fulfilled in order to maximize the value and reduce potential risk in conformity with relevant Cabinet resolution, HCTﾃs policies, procedures and processesRequirementsﾃあQualification:

  • Minimum of Bachelorﾃs degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce.
  • ﾃあCIPS, Professional certification in purchasing, procurement or supply chain is preferred.
  • Full English and Arabic proficiency are required.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, ERP (Contracts Management System
ﾃあﾃあExperienceﾃ Minimum of eight years of work experience in Procurement and Contracts with at least two years of experience in a managerial role.
