Petroka Energies is looking for an experienced Lead Telecom Engineer with a solid background in Oil & Gas FEED and detailed engineering, with ADNOC Offshore experience being advantageous.Responsibilities: Lead the design and engineering of telecom systems for oil & gas projectsDevelop technical specifications, design drawings, and system layoutsEnsure telecom solutions comply with ADNOC standards and project requirementsCoordinate with other engineering teams and vendorsLead technical reviews and troubleshoot telecom issues during all project phasesSupport installation, commissioning, and startup activitiesRequirements: 15+ years of experience in oil & gas FEED/detailed telecom engineering, ADNOC Offshore experience preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of telecom standards, protocols, and design toolsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsImmediate availability is highly preferred
