Responsibilities: Lead mechanical design, review, and approval for offshore/onshore oil and gas projects including FPSO.Ensure mechanical systems and equipment comply with project specifications and safety standards.Coordinate mechanical activities across disciplines, including piping, HVAC, and equipment layout.Review vendor drawings, technical specifications, and FAT reports.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the mechanical engineering team.Conduct technical audits and ensure quality control during design and construction phases.Support procurement activities with technical evaluations and vendor interface.Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, and safety assessments.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.15+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead/senior role.Proven experience with FPSO projects, including detailed design (DD).Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO).Experience working in the UAE or Middle East region preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
