Responsibilities: Lead electrical engineering activities for offshore/onshore oil & gas projects, including FPSO.Design, review, and approve electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, and instrumentation layouts.Ensure electrical designs meet project standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and structural designs.Review vendor drawings, technical documentation, and FAT reports.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to electrical engineers and technicians.Conduct technical audits, safety reviews, and quality assurance activities.Support procurement and vendor evaluation processes.Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and safety assessments.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.15+ years of electrical engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead/senior capacity.Proven experience with FPSO projects, including detailed design (DD).Knowledge of offshore electrical standards and codes (IEC, IEEE, NEC).Experience working in the UAE or Middle East region preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
