Responsibilities:Lead the procurement activities for offshore projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards.Develop procurement strategies and manage supplier relationships.Prepare and evaluate RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders.Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure cost-effective deals.Oversee procurement documentation and ensure adherence to company policies.Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.Coordinate with project teams to forecast procurement needs.Conduct risk assessments related to procurement activities.Ensure compliance with ADNOC procurement procedures and standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with significant offshore and ADNOC project exposure.Proven experience as a Lead or senior procurement engineer in the UAE.Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.Knowledge of ADNOC procurement policies and procedures.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Residing in the UAE; immediate availability preferred.
