Lead Planning and Project Controls SpecialistDo you enjoy being part of team that provides high-quality services for our customers?Do you love collaborating with teams to solve complex problems and deliver solutions?Join our Surface Pressure Control Project Team!As a global team, we design and deliver surface pressure control equipment, as well as support field maintenance, commissioning and de-commissioning. Innovating in the energy industry, surface pressure control capabilities are industry-leading.Partner with the bestYou will be responsible to provide consistent and high performing Project Controls to the projects assigned and to define and implement the standards for the project controls execution. You will work with projects team on projects to drive consistency, support high risk project execution and support in establishing Project Controls standards across all of SPC projects.As a Lead Planning and Project Controls Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the ITO phase team to develop, review and finalize the concept schedule and TTS according to the required scope of work. Develop alternate TTS scenarios, as required.
  • Ensuring to include all required milestones in the TTS, and to highlight relevant schedule risks associated to the TTS.
  • Reviewing the project control and reporting requirements within the customer specification and raises need of clarifications, deviations or budget adjustments.
  • Working closely with the ITO team to understand all tender assumptions in developing the integrated project schedule.
  • Leading schedule baseline preparation of upcoming projects, aligning the work of the participant planners and schedulers of the projects.
  • Working closely with all participating planners and schedulers (i.e. Material planners, engineering planner, plant Master scheduler).
  • Leading commercialization & tendering efforts for decommissioning activities, working to scale globally as applicable.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Bachelors from an accredited institution, with a focus in a technical / analytical field.
  • Have +10 years? professional experience in Project Planning/Scheduling of which at least 7 must have been planning on large Turnkey projects
  • Experience in the creation of integrated schedule baselines with large multi-national organizations and an expert at usage of Primavera P6 software (MSP experience a plus).
  • Have Experience in using Real Track software,Unifier,Power Bi, Power Apps & Tableau
  • Be able to demonstrate expertise and experience in project management principals (e.g. CAPM or PMP is a bonus).PMI-SP scheduling professional is a plus.
  • Have extensive experience in commercial, operation, project management in the Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Be Fluent written and spoken English, (fluency in written and spoken Arabic a plus).
  • Have experience in Handling Subsea projects & experince working on wellhead operations
