Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities.Lead a team of technicians and workers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.Review project drawings, specifications, and work plans.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.Conduct site inspections and quality checks.Maintain documentation of work performed, safety reports, and progress reports.Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical supervision on industrial or construction sites.Strong leadership and team management skills.Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance procedures.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
