Job Description

We champion an entrepreneurial culture to unlock full our potential by bringing energy to the world.Partner with the bestAs a Lead Material Planner, you?ll be responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business. Working with the sales and commercial team, region personnel, AMO and supply chain to translate the demand across multiple time horizons.As a Lead Material Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the sales and operations team to convert the demand plans into physical orders.
  • Understanding business trends, opportunities and how they impact the demand forecast.
  • Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs.
  • Analyzing incoming demand: identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory.
  • Implementing inventory stocking strategies.
  • Monitoring levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly.

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a B.S in Supply Chain Management with related field or 5+ experience, or certification of CPIM.
  • Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management.
  • Be able to demonstrate knowledges of SAP and MRP functionality.
  • Have ability to work with and influence stakeholders. Demonstrate strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency.
