The Lead Maintenance is responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance activities of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operational efficiency. This role involves leading a team of technicians, planning maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities on equipment and facilities.Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks.Lead and mentor maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance and training.Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability.Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize production.Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement.Troubleshoot complex machinery and electrical systems.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.Relevant certifications (e.g., maintenance management, safety standards) are advantageous.5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.Strong technical knowledge of machinery, electrical systems, and tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
