Lead Design ArchitectJob Location : United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities:•Lead the architectural design process from concept to detailed design for high-profile projects.•Develop innovative, functional and aesthetically strong design solutions aligned with client brief and regulations.•Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, , ID, landscape) to integrate all design aspects.•Review and approve drawings, details and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.•Participate in client meetings, design reviews and authority submissions.Requirements:•Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture.•Proven experience as a Design Architect / Lead Architect on medium to large-scale projects.•Strong understanding of UAE building codes and authority requirements (Dubai municipalities/authorities).•Advanced skills in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD, BIM tools, etc.).•Strong leadership, coordination and design review capabilities.
