Responsibilities:Lead the civil and structural engineering design and review for projects in oil & gas, petrochemicals, and infrastructure.Ensure all civil and structural designs meet project specifications, codes, and safety standards.Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams during FEED and detailed design phases.Oversee technical integrity, quality assurance, and compliance.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.Manage design deliverables, reviews, and project schedules.Requirements:Minimum 15+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering for oil & gas or petrochemical projects.Proven leadership experience in large-scale engineering projects.Strong knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., Eurocode, API, ASME, etc.).Experience with design software such as STAAD, ETABS, AutoCAD, or PDMS.Excellent communication and project management skills.
