Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards
  • Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of, and are undertaking their responsibilities to the best of their ability.
  • Maintain and update all training manuals as appropriate: Pick chart, Spirit knowledge etc.
  • Monitor established par levels and adjust them as required, including glassware.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • 2-3 years? experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel.
  • Experience working within well-known stand-alone Bar/Restaurant.
