We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to carry out accurate measurements of land, construction layouts, and boundary lines. The Land Surveyor will play a crucial role in planning and executing engineering and construction projects by collecting spatial data, setting out structures, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.Key Responsibilities:Conduct field surveys to determine property boundaries, topographic data, and site conditionsUse survey equipment such as total stations, GPS, levels, and theodolitesInterpret architectural and engineering plans to set out reference points and construction markersPrepare accurate site plans, maps, and reports using CAD or GIS softwareVerify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculationsCollaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide surveying inputMaintain survey instruments and ensure calibration is up to dateEnsure all surveying work complies with legal, safety, and environmental regulationsDocument and maintain detailed records of survey results and site visitsAssist in resolving discrepancies between design and actual site conditionsQualifications:ITI / Vocational certification, Diploma, or Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related fieldProven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or civil projectsFamiliarity with surveying instruments and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)Understanding of construction methods, maps, drawings, and legal documentationGood mathematical, analytical, and observational skillsPhysical stamina for fieldwork in various weather conditionsValid driving license may be required (for site travel)
