Land SurveyorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :?Conduct site surveys and measurements to establish reference points and elevations.?Operate Total Station and other surveying equipment to ensure accuracy in leveling, alignment, and positioning.?Collaborate with the civil team to verify construction layouts and compliance with design specifications.?Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and drawings for project documentation.?Identify and resolve discrepancies between design plans and actual site conditions.?Ensure adherence to safety standards and site procedures.?Assist engineers in interpreting survey data and making adjustments as needed.Qualifications & Experience :?Surveying Diploma.?Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site surveying.?Proficiency in Total Station and other surveying instruments.?Strong knowledge of construction layouts, alignments, and site marking.?English proficiency is mandatory (additional languages are an advantage).
