Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate laboratory staff and activities.Ensure all laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses are conducted accurately and on schedule.Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration, and proper functioning.Implement and enforce laboratory safety, quality, and compliance standards.Review and verify test results, maintaining documentation and records.Train and mentor lab technicians and junior staff.Manage inventory of chemicals, reagents, and laboratory supplies.Support R&D, quality control, or production teams with technical expertise.Generate reports and communicate findings to management or clients.Requirements:Diploma, Graduate, or relevant qualification in Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field.Prior experience as a Laboratory Supervisor or senior lab technician.Strong technical knowledge of laboratory procedures and instrumentation.Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards (ISO, GLP, GMP as applicable).Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
