Duration: 1 yr ext (Long Term)Location: DubaiCandidate Location: Priority: UAE based (Outside UAE: immediate joiners only who previously worked in UAE)If you have a strong background in security operations, incident handling, and digital forensics, this is the perfect opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:-Review and analyze security events raised by Security Analysts.-Handle critical incidents and involve customers when necessary.-Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for security incidents within 1 hour.-Invoke Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) teams as needed.? Threat hunting by reviewing dashboards, alerts, and security trends.-Update ticket comments and follow up with supporting teams for incident resolution.-Review incident parameters, including category and severity.-Prepare weekly and ad-hoc customer reports.-Document incident findings in a knowledge base and capture lessons learned.-Evaluate and improve the Incident Handling Process.-Use Case / Content Management & Development to optimize logs and licensing costs.-Manage incidents following Incident and Problem Management processes.Required Skills & Experience:? Certified SOC Analyst (CSA) certification is mandatory.? 7+ years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) Level 2 roles.? Strong understanding of Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Digital Forensics.? Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, security dashboards, and alert management.? Knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA) and cybersecurity best practices.? Excellent communication skills to coordinate with teams and customers.
