Think of yourself as the bridge between technology and people.What you’ll do– Be the L2 hero who steps in when issues get tricky– Support field engineers — you’re the calm in the storm– Own the lifecycle of devices (from setup to patching to retirement)– Work hands-on with SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Active Directory– Keep endpoints secure, updated, and compliant– Deliver white-glove support for VIPs when needed– Document, streamline, and improve how EUC support gets doneWhat you bring– 5–8 years in IT support / infrastructure (L2 experience is key)– Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, M365, mobile devices– Confidence with endpoint tools: Intune, SCCM, JAMF, AD– Understanding of patching, software deployment & group policies– A knack for solving problems under pressure — with a smileBonus Points if you have– ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications (MD-102, AZ-104)– CompTIA, Citrix, or VMware Horizon training
