We are looking for a highly skilled L2 Engineer with expertise in network infrastructure, server administration, and CCTV/video system operations. This hybrid role supports both remote monitoring and onsite system management for industrial and Oil & Gas projects across the UAE.Key Responsibilities:Manage and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 network infrastructure including routing (OSPF, BGP), switching (VLANs, QoS), and network segmentationAdminister VPN/IPSec tunnels, SD-WAN solutions, and ensure secure connectivity between sitesMaintain and configure virtualized environments using VMware, Docker, and KVMProvide Windows and Linux server administration and monitoring using tools like Grafana and PRTGSupport and maintain enterprise CCTV/video systems, including integration with NVR/VMS platformsCollaborate with L1 engineers and field teams to resolve advanced issuesEnsure documentation, compliance, and security best practices are followedSupport network and server upgrades, patching, and system auditsRespond to technical escalations and assist with capacity planningRequired Qualifications & Certifications:Bachelors Degree in IT, Electronics, Telecom, or related Engineering field8+ years of hands-on experience in network, server, and video system supportStrong understanding of routing, switching, virtualization, and network monitoringPreferred: CCNP/CCIE, VMware VCP, or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
