Key Responsibilities:Perform regular maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and fryers.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with kitchen appliances and equipment.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including equipment sanitation and safety protocols.Coordinate with the kitchen and engineering teams for any necessary equipment installations or replacements.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Kitchen Technician or in a similar technical maintenance role (preferably in hospitality).Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and mechanical systems.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
