Key Responsibilities:Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery using manual and automated systems.Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper handling of food and supplies.Maintain waste management and recycling procedures.Support chefs and kitchen staff by keeping workstations clean and organized.Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.Previous experience as a kitchen steward or in a similar role is a plus, but not required.Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and hygiene.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
