Kitchen Maintenance TechnicianJob Location : UAE:•Maintain dress code and should always be neat, tidy and in a presentable manner.•Perform routine maintenance on kitchen appliances and equipment, including ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, and other kitchen tools.•Diagnose and repair malfunctions in kitchen equipment.•Ensure all kitchen equipment operates efficiently and safely.•Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule.•Conduct regular inspections of kitchen systems and equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.•Assist with the installation of new kitchen equipment and system•Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools.•Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and health regulations.•Be familiar with and comply with Facility Management standard of procedures.•Basics Knowledge and understanding of engineering related drawings.
