We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KG2 Homeroom Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young learners. The ideal candidate will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities, foster social and emotional growth, and collaborate with parents and staff to support each childs overall development.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in line with curriculum standards.Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of students.Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining detailed records.Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.Organize and supervise classroom activities and excursions.Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure curriculum consistency.Maintain discipline and promote positive behavior.Integrate technology and creative teaching methods to enhance learning.Uphold school policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field.Relevant teaching certification/license (if applicable).Prior experience working with preschool or kindergarten children.Strong understanding of child development principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative, patient, and nurturing personality.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency with educational technology and digital tools.
