We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will plan and implement engaging activities, foster social and emotional development, and support childrens overall growth and learning.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.Facilitate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.Assess and monitor each childs progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.Encourage positive behavior and social interaction among students.Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety protocols are followed.Organize and supervise field trips, extracurricular activities, and special events.Use educational technology and teaching aids to enhance learning experiences.Keep accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other administrative tasks.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field.Certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education preferred.Prior experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude.
