Job descriptionCharterhouse is working with an established international food and beverage distributor who are looking to hire a Key Account Manager to oversee and expand their extensive portfolio of HORECA clients. This role will report to the Director of Sales.About the roleYour main responsibilities will be to manage the current key account HORECA client portfolio, with the support of a Key Account Executive. You will also be required to expand the HORECA clients, focused on 4- and 5-star hotels, airlines, catering and restaurants. The Key Account Manager will manage a team of 5, be responsible for setting the sales budgets, business development plan, distribution plan and overall annual operations plan. You will be required to lead the negotiations for new contracts and contract renewals.About youThe successful candidate should hold a bachelor?s Degree or higher, with at least 2 years? experience in a manager level position within in HORECA sales/key accounts. You must be experienced in contract negotiation, conducting p&l feasibility reports, setting budgets, establishing and maintaining long term client relationships.This role requires a confident, well-spoken and charismatic Key Account Manager, with a strong network across 5 star hotels, restaurants, catering or airlines within the UAE.
