  • Contribuire alla redazione della reportistica sullorganico in base alle richieste della direzione aziendale, in particolare della funzione HR
  • Supportare la funzione HR nel processo di pianificazione e calcolo dei costi del personale, lavorando a stretto contatto con gli HRBP di riferimento
  • Supportare il Financial Controller nelle attivit di analisi dei dati relativi al personale ovvero nella progettazione e implementazione dei sistemi di reporting volti a monitorare e simulare levoluzione dei costi HR sulla base degli scenari organizzativi richiesti
  • Contribuire allintegrazione dei sistemi informativi per rendere i dati disponibili e fruibili
  • Laurea Magistrale in discipline economiche (conseguita o in fase di conseguimento)
  • Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Una precedente esperienza in realt aziendali strutturate sar considerata un plus
